Original Navajo polychromatic tapestry. When I was weaving this piece I was focused on color theory and the use of color to influence human emotions. The saturation of color and sharp linear geometry I created would become one of my great contributions to contemporary Navajo weaving. This piece won second place in contemporary textiles, a judges' choice award, and the Heard Museum Council Purchase award at the 2019 Heard Museum Indian Art Market. This work is now part of a traveling exhibition tilted "Color Riot, How Color Changed Navajo Textiles" and is part of the Heard Museum's permanent collection.
