Holy Man's Horse

Sometimes a stone has such a defining feature that it influences the outcome from the very beginning. The beautiful veins of brown through the white stone were such a powerful contrast that I had to carve a horse's head. Eventually, after many hours and days, the stone evolved into the Holy Man’s Horse with a lightning rod on the right side of the face. Power, beauty, and grace; the Holy Man’s Horse.
