Allowing For Joy

Putting aside the constant barrage of personal and societal triggers is no small feat. It seems everywhere we look that people are more angry, bitter, and closed off from one another. What would it be like if we could look past judgement and just allow people to be who they are? What if we could look past fear to see that we do indeed belong to each other and there is enough for everyone? What if we could make room for peace and compassion? What would it feel like if we allowed joy to enter into our awareness and be celebrated?
