Healing The Shadow

This piece emphasizes a a basic, almost primitive need to heal ourselves through shadow work. By looking deeply into our own wounds and patterns and working through them to get to a place of feeling healthy and whole. This work encourages us to not just do battle, but be curious and try to investigate the feelings that arise when looking into the parts of ourselves we would rather not see. We need to try and understand the whys of our actions and reactions. This work is ongoing for each and every one of us and is very important to our evolutionary growth and survival.
