Tulip

Oil on Canvas. I love how the tulip flower is nested in its protective leaf. I was intrigued with the vibrant color and line patterns, and sculptural form. Creating a larger-than-life image of a Tulip gives it a sense of grandeur. The painting is displayed best on a large and tall wall.
