Living in the Four Corners Region on the Navajo Reservation, I have been creating beadwork and carving stone for about 38 years, participating in shows such as the Gallup Indian Ceremonials, the Heard Museum Indian Fair, and the Santa Fe Indian Market. My husband, James King Woolenshirt, was an award winning artist who was known for his oil paintings of the Navajo people. Our son, James Ari, has taken to oil painting like his father. Some of his drawings and paintings will be displayed on our page as well.
