3D Kingman Diamond

I enjoy making Navajo pearls, but in this piece I wanted to make my version of the Navajo diamond. Kingman Turquoise is considered our Diamond and this is one way I wanted to represent Native beauty. In addition, the beads represent the 4 sacred mountains and 4 directions in the Navajo culture. It is open to allow my prayers to be heard and for me to receive my blessings. The clasp contains sawed out prayer feathers on both sides of the Kingman Turquoise center. Finally, the clasp is a representation of protection.
