Small Jar Lightning Rain Clouds

Description

Small water jar hand coiled with natural clay, painted hematite hachured lines that represent "rain" with interlocking step rain clouds and lightning patterns. Yellow ochre pigment is seen on downward triangular cloud. White kaolin mineral slip is applied and burnished with a polishing stone. Kiln fired. (02/2020)
