Warrior Mouse- The Warrior Mouse Katsina is a central figure in Hopi folktale. He is not a dance figure at all, but rather the hero of a Hopi legend. Legend has it that a Giant turkey vulture was attacking the villages and no one was safe. All the warriors tried killing the creature, but none were successful. Then a Field Mouse “Warrior Mouse” offered to kill to the Vulture and was successful hence the "Legend of Warrior Mouse."
